How Flexible and Adaptable is Your Business?

Our company has recently adapted Slack as the primary communication channel.

I can’t claim that we were the first ones, but we are not the last ones either. In fact, we might be one of those who were able to do that pretty fast. 

Being able to change and adapt is a pre-requisite for staying in business in the long-run.

Being able to adapt quickly and utilise the benefits of latest technology gives us a competitive advantage.

Being a small company, changing a process for us is a question of one meeting, decision made, and roll-out. As simple as that. That helps us to move fast, adapt quickly and remain flexible to be able to utilise the latest tools, remain highly competitive and reap the current opportunities.

So, who is not using Slack yet? 🙂
